From April 1st 2016 we will be switching to a new HTML based delivery system for contributors to upload content to Pacific Coast News. The HTML uploader is available to be accessed at web.shotloadr.com. Simply register for an account, use "PCN" for your registration code and once verified you can begin uploading. We also have provided illustrated Instructions for Uploading with the Shotloadr.
